Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on all Bats and Gloves priced $150.00 and up (In The Continental USA Only). This includes Baseball Bats, Slowpitch Softball Bats, Fastpitch Softball Bats, Fielding Gloves, First Base Mitts, and Catcher Mitts. Some Bats or Gloves may be excluded.
Some restrictions may apply, such as oversized items or large orders that may require multiple boxes. In all cases you will be contacted about any additional shipping fees.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. When calculating delivery times, do not include the day of shipment.
Most items normally leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after you place your order.
As soon as your order ships, we will e-mail shipping details.
Items being delivered to Alaska and Hawaii require 2-Day Air charges. We will not ship without 2-Day air being paid for.
Ground shipping times are not guaranteed and can take up to 7 or more business days under certain circumstances, though most Ground shipments arrive in 5 business days or less.
If you have been waiting over fifteen business days (three weeks) for your order, and have still not received it, please contact us.
Shipping Fees
Due to variations in package size or quantity on orders including multiple or oversized items we may require additional shipping charges above and beyond the standard rates found in the rate chart above. In all cases we will contact you about any additional shipping charges.
