All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original purchase date. All items must be new, unused and in the original box and/or packaging.
We understand that some items do not fit correctly the first time, therefor, we will gladly exchange them for like-items in a different size.
The customer must pay for shipping both directions.
All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Special orders, team orders, or other special accommodations are not returnable nor exchangeable for any reason.
All returns must be accompanied by a completed Sportsdiamond Return Authorization Form & Authorization Number,
